成分：發酵杜蘭小麥粉、酵母、抗氧化劑（L-抗壞血酸）、澱粉酶、聚木糖酶
淨重：100g±5%
使用方式：對麵粉添加 4% 用量
產地：比利時
配送方式：常溫寄送（*若訂單中含有冷藏商品，將會用冷藏方式一起配送）
保存方式：建議溫度16℃ ~ 20℃；濕度小於65%。因為內含酵母建議收到貨後冷藏保存，並儘速用畢。
