【烘焙食材】日本林原 海藻糖(500g/分裝)
優質糖品～保留糕點在最佳狀態時的美味！保存原料的油脂與水分，並阻絕濕氣，能抑制蛋白質變性、脂質氧化、產生異味及澱粉老化情形。甜度為砂糖之45﹪，有溫和的甜味卻比砂糖更為持久，可改善含高量砂糖食品的甜膩感。但是由於不易上色，建議最多取代食譜中30%的細砂糖。

保存方式：放置於乾燥陰涼通風處，避免高溫多濕處。
