烘焙人一致愛用推薦粉，知名日本昭和產業推出的高級蛋糕粉，化口性佳適合做各種蛋糕或餅乾，想做出輕盈口感又濕潤的蛋糕體絕對不能錯過～

產地：日本(原產地)、台灣(分裝)
重量：1kg士2%
成分：小麥粉
蛋白質： 8.4%，±1%
灰份質： 0.34%，±0.5%
注意事項：含麩質，不適合過敏體質者食用。
保存方式：存放置於陰涼乾燥處。
備註：與其他有花生、堅果、大豆、麩質、芝麻的產品於同一分裝廠生產，食物過敏者請留意。
