全日本最早開發的法國麵包專用粉，是現今最高品質道地的法國麵包粉。能製作擁有香甜甘味、濕潤化口的特性，口感酥脆香純的歐法式麵包。適合法國麵包、歐式麵包、丹麥麵包、派皮等品項。

產地：日本(原產地)、台灣(分裝)

重量：1.5kg

效期：日本麵粉賞味效期約半年，到台灣時效期約會剩下2~3個月。每批效期不同，請私訊確認。

注意事項：含麩質，不適合過敏體質者食用。

保存方式：存放置於陰涼乾燥處。

備註：與其他有花生、堅果、大豆、麩質、芝麻的產品於同一分裝廠生產，食物過敏者請留意。
