本和香糖屬於「含蜜糖」，擁有優雅的淺褐色澤，以自家獨特製法作成，在適當程度的過濾之下，保存原料糖本身的礦物質跟風味，成為獨特溫婉風味及甜味深度的來源。製成粉狀糖後的顆粒大小，呈現稍有差異的手感狀態，是既安心又美味的砂糖。適合製作布丁、巴斯克蛋糕、甚至加入麵包也能增添風味的層次喔！
